Job Context:
∎ We are looking to get application from some potential candidates for the post of "Asst. Manager- Utility" to work with our sister Concern Baridhi Garments Ltd. (PLS DO NOT APPLY WHO DOESN`T HAVE RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE )
∎ Job Location - Comilla EPZ
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all Generators, Boilers, Compressors
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations.
∎ Monitor personnel functions, such as supervision of electricians, technicians, and other engineers.
∎ Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
∎ Assist superior to execute and evaluate workers' performance, motivating workers, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Maintenance Manager pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.
∎ Ensure the total electrical safety of the plant.
∎ Any other task provided by the Mgt. time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability
∎ Experienced on drafting, designing (2D/3D) will get privilege
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skill, fluency in English
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant area
∎ Working experience with any RMG (GREEN) factory will be preferable
Salary: Negotiable
