∎ B.Sc. in Civil engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ, Construction Estimating, Cost Analysis, EGP Tender, Structural Design Drawing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimate, BOQ and Rate analysis as per PWD/MES schedule (Civil, Sanitary & Plumbing).
∎ Prepare Cost analysis schedule and non-schedule items.
∎ Liaison with other procurement agencies.
∎ Prepare the financial & technical feasibility of the tender work.
∎ Prepare work bar chart as per sequence of work.
∎ Check bill and quantities of every item of works according to actual.
∎ Prepare the documents for Tender works.
∎ Prepare Rate analysis as per market price.
∎ Prepare Measurement book (M.B) as per schedule works.
∎ Good Knowledge in e-GP Tender works.
∎ Site supervision & market survey.
∎ Prepare feasibility against up-coming project.
∎ Sound knowledge about engineering drawing & design.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc in civil Engineering (minimum 08 years’ experience) also 05 years’ experience in government construction projects.
∎ Able to analyze & forecast of project engineering schedule.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Computer skill: In Auto Cad, Microsoft office, Photoshop & other’s software related activities.
∎ Sound knowledge about MS office also typing & writing skill in Bangla & English.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skill.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
∎ Applicants who have knowledge on Tender preparation & Submission in MES, PWD and LGED will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
