∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ Inventory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the overall store related activities, ensure timely distribute of goods.
∎ Maintain minimum raw material for plant operation.
∎ Managing Stock & Making key decision about stock control.
∎ Maintain Stock in tally & prepare report.
∎ Prepare & Oversee Preparation of Necessary reports & Paper works
∎ Maintaining liaison with other department working in the factory & head office
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Daily S.R Posting in tally.
∎ Daily Preparing Indent, MRR & send to SCM.
∎ Daily Material Receiving in Tally Software.
∎ Daily contact with purchase dept for follow up the deadline of Materials.
∎ To Maintain the Minimum stock position level of store Materials.
∎ Weekly Materials Reminder Reports prepare & Send to Head office Purchases Dept.
∎ Monthly Store Consumption Reports prepare & Send to Factory Accounts Dept.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in tally

Salary: Negotiable
