Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative correspondence with Govt. / Non-Govt. organization and maintain service support (REB, Gas, T & T, etc)
∎ Arrange of factories all license (Gas, Trade , Environment, Fire etc)
∎ Arrange companies all vehicle insurance, tax token, fitness from BRTA (Approx. 20 vehicle)
∎ Keep co-ordination with local police station, Industrial police, City corporation office, Land office etc
∎ Organize employee welfare, recreational and social activities properly within budget
∎ Oversee office maintenance and upkeep of furniture, sanitary items, canteens, toilets and civil aspects of the premise
∎ Handling general administrative areas like controlling and monitoring the activities of cleaner, security, contractor lobor , daily lobor etc.
∎ Handling of foreign experts for their airport pick-drop, accommodation, transportation & welfare.
∎ Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support and any other tasks as assigned by superior.

∎ Age 32 to 42 years
