∎ Location: Monipuri para, Tajgon
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research the market trends both (previous & current), theme, technology, and products via open sources like internet, magazines, trend fairs etc.
∎ Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences.
∎ Create hand-drawn sketches, designs, flat patterns, technical drawings, and other required art /illustration.
∎ Preparing the new collection according to the trends, theme, and seasons.
∎ Developing samples as per buyer's tech packs.
∎ Prepare sketches and develop samples accordingly.
∎ Connect, communicate, and coordinate with sourcing department to arrange fabrics/accessories on time to meet customers required date.
∎ Preparing showroom or window display based on themes from/for the buyers.
∎ Conduct brainstorming, designing, and producing concepts.
∎ Administering daily communication and collaboration with cross-functional team members - Product Design, Product Development, Sales.
∎ Research work, study Brands trend report, market intelligence, exhibition, arts. Make a Range plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have good knowledge in relevant fields.
∎ Must have experience in the following area(s): Art & Sketch, 3D Animation, Fashion Design.
∎ As our main products are promotional items, bags, boots and home décor; applicant from these design background will get advantage.
∎ Resourceful, organized and flexible.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment.
∎ Master of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Light room) and a portfolio to show your skills.
∎ Strong typography skills with an excellent eye for colors, layout and branding.
∎ Ability to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
∎ High energy, persistent, inquisitive, and reliable.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
