∎ Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and supply chain management tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining product quality.
∎ Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and consistent product availability.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store operations to prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
∎ Analyze sales data and demand forecasting to make informed purchasing decisions.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in procurement activities.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgeting, cost control, and payment processing for suppliers.
∎ Optimize the supply chain process to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper storage, distribution, and inventory tracking.
∎ Address and resolve any supply chain issues promptly to avoid disruptions in business operations.
