Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This Position will assist to achieve the production target & departmental strategies. They will lead a team of operator.
∎ Maintain overall project regarding Mechanical issues.
∎ Experience in Refrigerator Manufacturing Process like PU Foaming, Thermoforming, Sheet Metal, Power press & Extruder machineries.
∎ Monitor the scheduled and routine maintenance activities to ensure work carried out as per specifications and procedures.
∎ Monitor the progress of the maintenance and associated Mechanical activities and take the necessary actions for timely completion.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in troubleshooting to minimize breakdown time.
∎ Arrange spares and contract services required for the maintenance activities.
∎ Reviewing the work methods / procedures / frequencies for improvement by planning and execution of scheduled, routine, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
∎ Trouble shooting/fault diagnosis/failure analysis to address failure and breakdown of equipment;
∎ Evaluates Mechanical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of materials.
∎ Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
∎ Assures product quality by designing Mechanical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
∎ Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Keeps equipment operational by following company policy and established procedures; requesting repair service.
∎ Maintains product data base.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Positive mindset, can work under pressure.
