Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising and monitoring of breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance of machines
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of all mechanical equipment’s of the plant
∎ Adjust equipment & repair or replace defective parts, components or system, using hand & power tools
∎ To find out instant solution of any technical & inter-personal relationship problem arises within subordinates
∎ Preparing major breakdown job report, shutdown & size change job list and submit to department head
∎ To maintain all documents of the shift and log book of machineries
∎ Prepare spare parts list and made arrangement for smooth operation of the machinery
∎ Checking of technical specifications data, test reports etc. provided by manufactures
∎ Ensure house keeping the total mechanical department of the plant
∎ Strictly follow standard operating procedure (SOP) for entire operations & work
∎ Prepare yearly maintenance budget, monitor budget adherence with actual controlling cost and reducing spares consumption
∎ Ensure the workplace personal protective equipment (PPE) & other safety equipment proper use during working time.
