Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Asst. Manager / Manager - Utility, who is responsible to lead the Utility team of the Unit. The candidate should have professional skill in respective field with following job responsibilities & professional etiquette. (Working Experience with any RMG Production Unit will get privilege)
∎ Job Location : Cumilla EPZ
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make plan daily, weekly for preventive action & execute accordingly.
∎ Prepare all check list & Follow up their execution.
∎ Supervising construction works of project, making liaison with the Consultants, Architects and Designers regarding drawing-design etc.
∎ Plan for Sanitary and plumbing / painting etc.
∎ Operational plan for Diesel Engine /Boiler/Generator/ Fire Pump /Fire Fighting system
∎ Conduct regular inspections of all areas of a facility.
∎ Ensuring the proper working of all electro-mechanical units and systems.
∎ Leading a team of subordinates and delegating work areas.
∎ Keeping a record of all day-to-day maintenance and service activities.
∎ Evaluating the performance of the subordinates.
∎ Planning and preparing Electrical and Building & Fire Safety Maintenance schedule.
∎ Checking all utility bills for factory.
∎ Any Other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 44 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good working knowledge about RSC/Alliance requirement & BNBC.
∎ Experienced on drafting, designing (2D/3D) will get privilege
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skill, fluency in English
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant area
∎ Working experience with any RMG factory will be preferable
