Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the security of all types of goods and services in the factory.
∎ Maintain personal ties with the guards and supervisor, coordinate with intelligence by maintaining equality while preparing duty roster for security staffs and confirm their duties are as rational.
∎ Monitor the guard and intelligence on every floor so that nobody can take any goods from the factory illegally.
∎ After the shipment arrives, ensure that the supervisor/guard have checked the car correctly according to 7 points.
∎ Ensure in/out goods are properly recorded in the registered and gate pass are stored properly.
∎ Special instruction have to take for supervising the guard during the loading of jute/waste goods, so that right weight /scratches are issued and properly recorded in the register.
∎ Being able to stop theft/robbery, pilferage inside and around the factory.
∎ Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of interruption and ensure security of doors, windows and gates.
∎ Monitor, control and manage movement of employees and visitors during entry and exit periods.
∎ Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or remove violations from premises.
∎ Controls traffic by directing drivers in establishment area.
∎ Communicate with police or other departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
∎ Prepare reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of authorized persons or unusual occurrence.
∎ Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tempering force when necessary.
∎ Supervise, control and monitor security staffs of the company so that they are not harassed or discriminated.
∎ Maintain effective security management system by following and keeping proper documents with policy and procedure.
∎ Monitor CCTV camera regularly, if found any irrelevant or suspicious things inform the concern.
∎ Maintain all records and register related to security compliance on regular basis.
∎ Attend the important guests, foreigners, senior management and ensure their protocol.
∎ Ensure gate pass, Chillan, loading/unloading of materials and incoming and outgoing movement of vehicles.
∎ Measure and assess preventive actions in respect of safety and security aspects deemed necessary for the organization.
∎ Ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the factory premises and check all the register those are being maintained in the security posts.
∎ Perform sourcing, price negotiation and procurement of all kinds of security equipment / uniform of the security personnel, provide escort while procure the goods for canteen and dormitory.
∎ Ensure thermal scan, chemical tray, chemical spray are being properly functional and soaps are available at hand washing area.
∎ All other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Police officers will get preference
∎ Strong Leadership
∎ Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent negotiation skill and quick decision making ability.
∎ Should able to work under pressure
∎ Must have experience in the manufacturing company, preferably in textile and apparel industry
