Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the day-to-day air freight operations of USA based company.
∎ Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations and industry standards.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, customers, and suppliers.
∎ Prepare and review air freight quotations for clients.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.
∎ Monitor and manage the performance of air freight service providers.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting.
∎ Proactively resolve any operational issues and customer complaints.
∎ Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
