∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all Finish Goods, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policy program, smooth operation, safety of the warehouse location, personnel & products.
∎ Must be able to work from the store under the existing store environment.
∎ Organizing and controlling the flow of Finish Goods.
∎ Every product must be issued against individual Store requisitions approved by depart heads.
∎ Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work and filing of all documents
∎ Receive all goods from vendor and physically check quantity and quality as per Purchase Order.
∎ Used to LIFO, FIFO method.
