∎ Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
∎ Campaign Management: Plan and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
∎ Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
∎ Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok). Engage with followers, respond to queries, and monitor reviews.
∎ SEO/SEM and Analytics: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO). Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and ensure ROI on ad spend. Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to track performance and generate reports.
∎ Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively. Ensure cost-effective strategies and measure ROI.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts. Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, if applicable.
∎ Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend new strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
