∎ Proven experience (5-7 years) in factory production.
∎ Strong understanding of factory production processes. Preference will be given to those having Experience on energy meter manufacturing experience.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Must have excellent analytical, negotiation and leadership skills, Professionalism, Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead and manage the production team to ensure quality production and on time delivery.
∎ Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets and ensuring compliance.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including labor, equipment and materials to maximize productivity minimizing costs.
∎ Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to reduce defects, waste and improve productivity and enhance quality.
∎ Maintain high standards of product quality through stringent quality control measures.
∎ Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers, including training and development.
∎ Foster a safe and productive working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to introduce new production methods and technologies.
∎ Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Ensure excellent co-ordination between production planning and other support functions across the company.
∎ Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
∎ Submit daily report to operations manager about production and any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Must have working experience on electronic goods manufacturing as per client requirements & specifications.
