Additional Requirements:
∎ Additional certifications in compliance, auditing, or related areas are highly preferred.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
∎ Good inter-personal skills, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented, Energetic.
∎ Confident and self-driven Ability to work with buyers, auditors, and government agencies

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure compliance with local labour laws and international standards (BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, LRQA etc..)
∎ Maintain and update factory social, environmental, Fire and safety compliance policies.
∎ Handle buyer audits and certification requirements.
∎ Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for management.
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements.
∎ Co-ordinate with HR, and Admin department for any employment issues.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
∎ To maintain and monitor all Audit & customer requirements issues.
∎ Prepared CAP for existing buyers.
∎ Implementation of different policies when required.
∎ Other compliance-related tasks assigned by Management.
