∎ At most 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategics with sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline and prospecting initiatives to meet company objectives.
∎ Ensure target accomplishment by identifying and generating clients and manager successful relationship.
∎ Negotiate with clients by preparing proposals with detailed costings and prepare contract documentation.
∎ Perform business, product and technical demonstrations to prospective clients as needed.
∎ Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and third-party sponsorship for Contact Center (NAME).
∎ Nurture existing and generating potential clients to improve organizational sales.
∎ Develop new services, products, and distribution channels for extending market nationally and globally.
∎ Ensure excellent client experience that help retaining existing clients and attract new clients.
∎ Proactively develop and improve processes to service clients for value addition.
∎ Device and implement an efficient communication procedure to account management teams of issues that affect client delivery or service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years previous business development experience required
∎ Previously worked in BPO company.
∎ Long tenure at past companies with demonstrated advancement within the company.
∎ Ability to negotiate contracts, deliverable and price.
∎ A great communicator, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
