∎ Honors/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Readymix plant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the highest standard of quality and safety in all areas of production from manufacturing to delivery.
∎ Monitoring safely batch concrete and load trucks according to order specifications.
∎ Manage the schedule and performance of production maintenance.
∎ Liaison with store & distribution.
∎ Ensure the plant maintains proper stock inventories (raw materials, machinery/vehicle parts, etc.)
∎ Communicate with the Technical & Operations team and other departments.
∎ Supervise Unit Operation
∎ Assist in day to day works of operation department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
∎ Having problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning skill.
∎ Working experience in the Readymix industry will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
