Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical ./ Food Science Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing all solutions & reagents in laboratory for testing of oil and other relevant factors as per SOP.
∎ Inspecting the quality of oil at every stage during the whole process to maintain standard.
∎ Analyzing all finished goods on a regular basis and keeping record in a systematic manner.
∎ Helping the production department to control chemical consumption and process loss during the production without compromising the quality and without deviating from the instruction of the Management.
∎ Analyzing different types of processes of ETP and WTP as per SOP
∎ Calibrating various lab instruments to ensure accuracy of test results and ensuring quality process as per the guideline of different certification authorities.
∎ Analyzing quality of all incoming raw materials.
∎ Maintaining standard operating procedure for handling sensitive and hazardous chemicals.
∎ Assessing quality of related products in the market.
∎ Sending all test reports and important information to the Management.
