∎ Basic Computer skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greeting visitors in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Managing telecommunications systems.
∎ Managing queries, email and general correspondence.
∎ Transferring calls as necessary.
∎ Keep records of Management both in and out of organization·
∎ Ensure messages are passed to the appropriate employees in time.
∎ Prepare reports and documents as instructed.
∎ Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception and conference room area.Arrange logistics for meeting/workshop/training/retreat as per the request.
∎ Responsible for administrative support functions, coordination and Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the HR & Admin Dept. from time to time
