Inventory/ Store Management, logistic management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for material receipt, inspection, and storage custody as per procedure
∎ Maintain inventory records and documentation for the inflow and outflow of materials.
∎ Ensure all material information is posting in ERP system and check ERP & physical stock
∎ Ensure timely issuance of materials as per approved requisition
∎ Generate store-related reports & submit to the concerned authorities
∎ Keep all records (soft & hard copy) of raw materials, spare parts, documents & financial transactions.
∎ Maintain FIFO, LIFO, BIN card and prepare monthly inventory reports & send to the concern authority.
∎ Maintain and update physical stock in order to transfer materials from one unit to another unit after creating Stock Transfer Order (STO).
∎ Maintain the cleanliness and security of the store
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, dynamic & energetic.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
∎ Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible & able to work under pressure.
