Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Engineering, Production, Ready Mix Concrete, Readymix plant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Overseeing the production of ready-mix concrete, including batching, mixing, and testing of concrete.
∎ 2) Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to customers.
∎ 3) Managing the inventory of raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and water.
∎ 4) Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations during the production process.
∎ 5) Managing equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
∎ 6) Report for troubleshooting equipment and process issues to maintain production efficiency.
∎ 7) Supervising and training production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively.
∎ 8) Conducting research and development activities to improve the production process and product quality.
∎ 9) Assist the QA / QC Manager in all technical and quality aspects of the ready-mix concrete
∎ 10) Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, delivery schedules, and customer orders.
∎ 11) Coordinating with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
∎ 12) Any other task as required by project management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Candidates must have to be energetic, smart & dynamic.
∎ Can do work under pressure.
∎ Able to generate various relevant reports.
