Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare raising sheet according to customer demand & issue DO in SAP.
∎ Prepare delivered & undelivered status of products with regular liaison with production and Sales.
∎ Respond all inquiry raised by sales forces according to order, collection, Transport, rate, etc.
∎ Monitor SKU wise minimum stock level of all products at depot in order to avoid the shortage in the market.
∎ Prepare variance report against primary sales vs Sales target.
∎ Monitor delivery of orders & stock by using LIFO & FIFO method to minimize damage.
∎ Drive overall depot functions e.g. distribution, logistics, transportation, collection and store management as well as security of depot.
∎ Prepare various report & update stock position by showing short dated & delivered goods.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Knowledge on MS Office
∎ ERP/Distribution Software knowledge
∎ Capable to operate any Depot
∎ Job Location: Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
