Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform any mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving of TRIMS or accessories related machineries ( like Twill tape, Drawstring, Narrow fabric loom, jacquard elastic,offset, woven elastic, woven label, Heat Transfer, PFL, Poly bag, poly recycle).
∎ Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment including new machines, gearbox, motors, generators, cam, belt drive etc.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on troubleshooting and problem solving of connecting rod changing, take off rubber roller changing, main shaft bearing changing, lever changing etc. of Narrow fabric loom or needle loom machine’s related mechanical work.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on lathe, milling, and drilling, welding, pipefitting of water and airline etc. related mechanical work.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on troubleshooting and problem solving of dampening roller changing, all ink roller bearing changing, servicing full machine etc. of Offset five color and two-color machine’s related mechanical work.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on troubleshooting and problem solving of rapier repairing, Drive CAM changing, let- off and take-off changing, M1,M2,M3 toothed belt changing, Hook and pulley changing, corundum paper changing, Heater Teflon paper changing, spring tension can check, etc. of woven machine’s related mechanical work.
∎ Service experience in all machine’s motor, gearbox, shaft, mechanical CAM etc.
∎ Capable of handling shift mechanical & utilities related machine's breakdowns.
∎ Should be done preventive maintenance daily basis of machine’s as per schedule.
