Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
∎ Analyze test results and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate records of testing and quality control activities.
∎ Lead and participate in R&D projects aimed at developing new polymer and plastic products.
∎ Conduct experiments to improve the properties and performance of existing products.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical challenges.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements in polymer and plastic technologies and integrate them into our R&D processes.
∎ Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
∎ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
∎ Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot process-related issues.
∎ Ensure all quality control and R&D activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
∎ Prepare documentation required for regulatory submissions and audits.
∎ Any Other task assigned by management
