Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Drafting, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Subcontractor Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering and Architecture, civil structurel, Group of Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle a Project independently.
∎ Supervise day to day construction works.
∎ Ensure material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Understand all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
∎ Review progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned contractors for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Control waste of material by monitoring closely during the execution of work.
∎ Any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Excel, MS Project would be beneficial.
∎ Hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
