Responsibilities & Context:
∎ v Ensure implementation of shift Wise activities of transportation.
∎ v Ensure driver -helper for each vehicle and make driver -helper ready on time for each trip
∎ v Strongly monitor vehicles movement and meet customer's delivery lead time satisfaction
∎ v Keep shift Wise, daily and monthly transport report up to date
∎ v Ensure and maintain vehicles return Trip as per organizations policy
∎ v Maintain and allocate driver -helper leave and off days according to organizations policy.
∎ v Monitor vehicles movement according to selected route and follow up the lead delivery time for maximum vehicle utilization
∎ v Strictly maintain organizations KPL policy for all vehicles.
∎ v Supervise vehicle schedule maintenance to keep all vehicles fit for delivery
∎ v Maintain liaison with law enforcing agencies for legal issues
∎ v Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
∎ v Monitor and assess fuel efficiency, emissions levels, power output, reliability, safety features, and customer satisfaction
∎ v Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance vehicle performance
∎ v Streamline and automate the KPI tracking process to save time and increase productivity
∎ v All major and minor repairs to trucks and forklifts including PM's and tire work
∎ v Repair and replace tires, tubes, rims, wheels, and other tire-related components of the vehicles
∎ v Identifying and preparing required parts and tools
∎ v Disassembling, cleaning and reassembling engines and engine components
∎ v Performing preventative maintenance based on your assessment of engines
∎ v Assisting other Technicians and Apprentices with diagnostics and developing repair plans
∎ v Completing the required documentation such as work completed documents, timesheets and warranty claims
∎ v Adhering to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures
