Education:
∎ PhD (Doctor of Philosophy), Masters
∎ At least two first classes or CGPA of 3.50 required among which one must be in Hons. or Master’s level.
∎ Additional qualifications will be given priority.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ For the post of Associate Professor: At least 7 years teaching experience in the government approved University among which 3 years as an Asst. Prof.
∎ For the post of Assistant Professor: At least 4 years teaching experience in the government approved University. (For PhD holders that must be minimum 2 years)
∎ Publication Requirements:
∎ For the post of Associate Professor: At least 7 articles among which 3 as an Assistant Professor in the Scopus/WoS/ISI indexed journals.
∎ For the post of Assistant Professor: At least 5 articles among which 3 as a Lecturer in the Scopus/WoS/ISI indexed journals. (For PhD holders that must be minimum 2 years)
∎ Excellent academic records and a PhD degree is a must for the post of Associate Professor.
∎ Additionally, for both Associate & Assistant Professor:

∎ Must have the fluency in OBE curriculum design and implementation.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Flexible approach to work and positive response to changing requirements.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and service areas.
