Education:
Educational qualifications shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh; for the position of Assistant Professor, candidates must possess a Ph.D., M.Phil., or Master’s degree with corresponding minimum active teaching experience as a Lecturer of at least 1 (one) year for Ph.D. holders, 2 (two) years for M.Phil. holders, and 5 (five) years for Master’s degree holders, along with a requirement of a minimum of 4 (four) peer-reviewed publications during the tenure as Lecturer, of which at least 1 (one) must be as First Author or Corresponding Author in a Scopus-indexed journal.

- Fluency in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum design and implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments.
- A flexible approach to work, a positive response to changing requirements, and the initiative to resolve problems creatively.
