Education:

Candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field as per University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh regulations, along with a minimum of 14 years of active teaching experience, including at least 5 years of service as an Associate Professor, and must have a strong academic record with a minimum of 15 publications, of which at least 7 must be during the tenure as Associate Professor and at least 3 must be as first or corresponding author in Scopus-indexed journals.

• Age At least 32 years

• Strong interpersonal skills, and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.

• Fluency in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum design and implementation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement.

• A flexible approach to work, a positive response to changing requirements, and the initiative to resolve problems creatively.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and service areas.
