Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ MBA (Operations) – Preferred
∎ Skills Required: Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Negociation Skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase on the basis of daily SPR of Indirect, Capex and service for Partex Furniture Ltd.
∎ Prepare monthly Materials requirement planning of Indirect materials.
∎ Collect quotation and ensure the effective negotiation for all purchase.
∎ Prepare Comparative Statement on the basis of negotiated low prices for getting management approval and purchase at the most favorable terms and conditions with 100% quality.
∎ Ensure availability of material and service in time, in full quantity, at right quality for smooth production.
∎ Communicate with local existing suppliers and develop new sources for economy purchasing.
∎ Find out new source of required items of furniture and furniture accessories.
∎ Coordinate with Suppliers and carrier for the smooth delivery of goods and service.
∎ Follow up the pipeline order with suppliers in a regular manner.
∎ Calculate the estimated cost of local items for taking decision.
∎ Verify MRR, bill & also solve problem that related.
∎ Visit local markets for gather firsthand knowledge on existing and new vendors, current price of required items and explore alternative items and marketplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge of product and process of similar industry.
∎ Local price trend analysis and Cost analysis for strategic purchase.
∎ Supplier relationship.
∎ Knowledge of local markets of furniture items.
∎ Strong analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
