Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing parts.
∎ Receive Spare parts as per PR / PO and GRN (Quantity/Quality) confirmed by QC/UsersIssue purchase requisition maintaining re-order level and safety stock.
∎ Ensure the spare parts store is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
∎ Label and categorise spare parts properly for easy identification and retrieval.
∎ Provide timely support by issuing spare parts as requested by the user department.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns of spare parts.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, consumption nature and any discrepancies.
∎ Identify opportunities for improving inventory management processes and reducing costs.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
