Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive business management of the MDs’ Office scope, including goal alignment process, and driving interventions.
∎ Act as a "bridge" between local leadership and stakeholders to align support from functions, and drive strategic priorities.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, quality, etc.)Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support the MD in decision-making and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with the MD on various cross-functional initiatives, encompassing OKR preparation and analysis of insights derived from discussions.
∎ Managing schedules for conferences and meetings and taking meeting notes, including the preparation of the MoM.
∎ Conduct research and analysis on key issues and provide documentation to the MD.
∎ Collaborate with the MD to identify key priorities, align them with department heads, and offer support through analysis.
∎ Take ownership of competitor-related information gathered from customers and the market. Work closely with other department heads, including but not limited to those in pricing and overall customer experience, to stay informed about any relevant movements in the market.
