Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
∎ 2. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, and expand our customer base within the pharmaceutical sector.
∎ 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
∎ 4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
∎ 5. Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including setting sales targets, training and development, and performance evaluations.
∎ 6. Conduct regular sales meetings, analyze sales data, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
∎ 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product visibility.
∎ 8. Collaborate with the marketing team for the development of product line
∎ 9. Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ 10. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
∎ 11. Design distribution network
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 40 years
∎ 1. Master's degree in science background (MBA will be given preference)
∎ 2. Proven experience as a Deputy Sales Manager or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
∎ 3. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
∎ 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ 5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
∎ 6. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ 7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
∎ 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office
∎ 9. Willingness to travel as required
Salary: Negotiable
