Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): relevant filed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop design and architectural plans as per the needs of the programme and donor
∎ Produce detailed drawing work of the structure according to plans
∎ Visit field for identifying and monitoring the sites for further fabrication and modification
∎ Ensure representation and coordination of HCMP with ISCG (Inter Sector Coordination Group), national and local authorities, INGOs and other Sectors
∎ Conduct need assessment survey of different structure on the basis of beneficiaries / users demand and need
∎ Develop advanced visualization and analysis to communicate with different stakeholders
∎ Ensure quality of work and output for best services to the FDMN and host community
∎ Maintain proper information and record management for further and future reference
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have good working knowledge with Auto CAD, sketch up, Eco Te ct 2D, 3D , Rhino etc
∎ Ability to work under pressure or in emergency situations
∎ Coaching, Counseling and presentation skill
∎ Problem solving & decision making on different issue
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field
∎ Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization
∎ Arrange different seminar related to service

Salary: Negotiable
