Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a professional ‘Assistant Teachers Bangla/English/Mathematics/ICT/Islamic Studies` who are willing to demonstrate their skills and provide learning for development of our children.
Key to Responsibility :
Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment, managing student behavior effectively.
Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to ensure program consistency.
Mentor junior teachers and lead academic committees and school events.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain accurate student records and complete related administrative tasks.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff, participating in staff meetings and committees.
Integrate technology into teaching practices and utilize online platforms for remote learning.
Support students` emotional and social development within a supportive classroom atmosphere.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
