∎ Analyze global and local macroeconomic trends for proactive reporting to management, closely monitoring daily financial news and competitor activities.
∎ Conduct industry and market analysis, focusing on growth, profitability, market size, market share, and key insights to maintain a competitive advantage.
∎ Perform in-depth business analytics, including sales, margin, cost drivers, and customer data mining for better decision-making.
∎ Prepare and support various reports, including Buyer Analysis, Vendor Analysis, Program Analysis, and Pitch Decks.
∎ Conduct gap/variance and trend analysis of business performance, providing clear insights for management review.
∎ Assist in producing key management reports and presentations for the Country and South Asia Region, ensuring timely and accurate performance tracking against business KPIs.
