Job Summary: Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital (IIEI&H) seeks a motivated Assistant Salesman to join the team in our Pharmacy Department. The role focuses on supporting pharmacy operations through sales handling, inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Description:

• Dispensing medicine as per doctor`s prescription.

• Preparing bills following POS and providing receipts to the patients properly.

• Providing information and advice about drugs, their side effects, correct dosage, and proper storage. Drug counseling to patients.  Ensure Drug counseling to patients.

• Maintaining stock and storing with appropriate handling following policy.

• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Performing administrative duties, including answering phones, receiving and inputting prescription orders, operating cash registers, and restocking inventory.

• Coordinating in ordering and purchasing pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs.

• Communicating with concern in order to receive medicine & pharmaceutical products. 

• Receiving medicines from the Central store, match them with the requisition lists and invoices, and restocking the shelves accordingly.

• Informing the supervisor periodically about the drugs stock and maintain stocks as First In, First Out (FIFO).

• Writing down the names and date of expiration of the medicines on the cartoons prominently by using markers before restocking the shelves/cabinets.

• Assisting the Supervisor while preparing the requisition list of the medicines and the monthly statements.

• Replacement of expire dated/short dated medicine.
