Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree with Bachelor (Honors: 4 years)
∎ First classes/divisions/A grades (GPA 4.0 out of 5.0 and GPA 3.5 out of 4.0 scale) at all levels of education*.
∎ Candidates with Ph.D./ M.Phil. Degree in relevant subjects will be given preference.
∎ Conditions may be relaxed for the departments where candidates with first classes or equivalent results at all levels are not available.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 years teaching experience in a reputed university as a Lecturer.
∎ 3 years teaching experience in a reputed university for candidates with Ph.D. degree.
∎ At least 2 publications in reputed National/ International journals.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali.
∎ Hands-on computer literacy.
∎ Good presentation and counseling skills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of students.
∎ Experience in academic and administrative fields.
∎ Initiatives for research and publications.
Salary:
∎ BDT 45,000.00 (Basic Tk. 22,500.00 + House Rent 60% of Basic + Medical Allowance Tk. 4,500.00 + Conveyance Tk. 4,500.00)
