∎ BBA/B.Com. (Hons) and MBA/M.Com. in HRM/Management with excellent academic records. Ph.D. in HRM/Management from a reputed university will be preferable.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting classes following the university guidelines;
∎ Counseling students;
∎ Conducting extra-curricular activities;
∎ Arranging workshop, seminar, conference, symposium etc.;
∎ Contributing towards the development of the Department as well as of the University;
∎ Conducting research and publishing;
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the Department and the School;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience:
∎ (a) Three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level and at least two publications in refereed journals for Master’s degree holder.
∎ (b) Two years of teaching experience at the university level and at least one publication in refereed journals for Ph.D. holder.
