Computer skill, English speaking, Strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in the planning, development, organization, coordination, and supervision of instructional programs and activities.
∎ To assist in providing leadership to the professional staff in determining objectives and identifying school needs as the basis for developing long and short range plans for the school.
∎ To enforce attendance rules.
∎ To meet with parents to discuss student behavioral or learning problems.
∎ To relate to students with mutual respect while carrying out a positive and effective discipline policy.
∎ To coordinate use of school facilities for day-to-day activities and special events.
∎ To work with teachers to develop curriculum standards.
∎ To develop and maintaining school safety procedures.
∎ To evaluate teachers and learning materials to determine areas where improvement is needed.
∎ To coordinate and planning class schedules.
∎ To assess data such as test scores.
