Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Pathologist to support diagnostic laboratory operations. The candidate will assist in analyzing samples, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely test results.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in examining blood, tissue, and other body fluid samples
Prepare and process laboratory specimens
Support senior pathologists in diagnosis and report preparation
Ensure accuracy and quality of laboratory test results
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
Follow safety standards and infection control procedures
Keep records of test results and patient data
Coordinate with doctors and medical staff regarding reports
