Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Managing and Planning the Operation and Maintenance of Plant Engines and Auxiliaries, ensure to achieve safe, smooth and reliable production of Electricity.
∎ Maintain shifting/reliever shift duty in Boiler & Turbo generator.
∎ Coordinate and monitor the Planned Maintenance Program for accurate and timely completion.
∎ Maintain proper database record/ documentation of Plant Operational and Maintenance activities.
∎ Monitor the plant staffs for their operational activities, shifting duty & working environment.
∎ Ensure the personal protective tools for all staffs and monitor proper using of PPE.
∎ Observe and consult all the Operational & Maintenance Manuals of the plant's machinery with an objective of attaining in professional excellence.
∎ Maintain water quality for steam generation as per Boiler & Turbine specification.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of related machinery.
∎ Good interpersonal skill and leadership qualities for developing & motivating the employees to achieve optimum performance.
