Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, FMCG
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure delivery of right product at right time in right quantity and quality to different sales channel for uninterrupted sales
∎ Ensure that stocks are properly stored to prevent from damage, loss, or mixing with other SKU and other product category
∎ Ensure that expiring period of products are monitored regularly according to principle of disposition
∎ Ensure that documentation of incoming and outgoing stocks is properly maintained
∎ Ensure smooth delivery operations through continuous monitoring of overall process and process improvement where required
∎ Maintain incoming and outgoing register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT
∎ Ensure and keep updated stock report as per guide line and report on daily, weekly and monthly basis
∎ Submit weekly and monthly demand forecasting based on sales trend and update production department accordingly
∎ Ensure proper Store housekeeping as per guideline and compliance
∎ Others tasks as directed by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
