∎ 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
∎ Strong proficiency in excel and financial modeling
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
∎ Accounting software
∎ QuickBooks is preferable
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
∎ Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and scenario analysis.
∎ Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, providing explanations and insights.
∎ Prepare monthly management and financial reports and dashboards highlighting key financial metrics.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers.
∎ Support senior management with strategic analysis, investment appraisal, and decision support.
∎ Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
∎ Monitor key financial performance indicators and financial trends to support continuous improvement.
∎ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
