Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist MD/CEO/Head of Sales and Marketing to make sure the win-win situations for RMG Factory and Eastman.
∎ Define and develop management Return on investment (ROI) systems to guide customers for investing on right machines and make manufacturing operations smooth.
∎ To be ambassador for world class brands of RMG machines like Morgan, PFT, Brother, PEGASUS, brongo, KANSAI etc.
∎ Financial planning and Cost analysis to ensure more efficient and propose improvement opportunities.
∎ Review and approves labour/man mapping analysis all operations according to the capacity allocation in the manufacturing Lines/Loops and develop strategies to reduce labour cost factor by implementing through the projects.
∎ Approving Standard Time Report, monthly capacity report by reviewing production planning, Losses and advice factory management in any discrepancies.
∎ Responsible for designing and planning equipment layouts, determining the workflow efficiency and developing safety precautions to improve and maximize utilization of production facilities and personnel.
∎ Perform all the responsibilities and authorities related to Technical Know How.
