Job Context:
∎ A reputed Group of Companies is looking for potential candidate for the position of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Maintenance) - Mechanical for its Large Comprehensive Garments Accessories Project.
∎ The factory will produce all sorts of Garments Accessories Products like Auto Carton, Manual/Semi Auto carton, Poly, Labels, Tapes, Elastics, Offset Printing Products etc. by maintaining world class standards.
∎ The project location is at Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Mechanical maintenance and installation related activities of the factory.
∎ Major Job responsibilities of the position are as follows:
∎ Responsible for whole factory machines maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Lead maintenance team and ensure no machine breakdown for smooth production.
∎ Perform scheduled maintenance of all machines and utility equipment of the factory.
∎ Troubleshoot machine breakdown within shortest period of time.
∎ Repair machine spares and fix-up machine breakdown.
∎ Co-ordinate new machine erection, commissioning and installation.
∎ Manage spare parts safety stock and ensure availability of stock.
∎ Ensure all utility and power supply equipment are running with smooth condition.
∎ Make requisition of all necessary spares and consumables for purchase on time.
∎ Prepare annual budget of all factory machineries and utility equipment for top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 8-10 years of experience in Garment Accessories, printing and packaging industries.
∎ Should be Capable to manage technical team.
∎ Sound technical knowledge of Auto Carton and Offset machineries operations and troubleshooting.
∎ Hands-on experience of electro-mechanical troubleshooting of production machines and utility equipment.
∎ Experienced with MS Office and AutoCAD application.
