Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper & timely LC opening as per the set policy of the company.
∎ Coordinate with procurement team to get/receive PFI to process LC.
∎ Monitor team to prepare/Prepare LC, CAD documents and getting the management approval.
∎ Insurance Coverage and sending LC application to nominated bank.
∎ Sharing LC with suppliers and monitor the shipment to ensure desire ETA at port.
∎ Proactively guide/communicate suppliers to ensure error free documents and IGM
∎ Ensuring proper HS code in LC.
∎ Documentation follow up, receiving from bank, checking documents and sending to C&F to start release process.
∎ Ensuring duty and monitor C&F for on time customs clearance.
∎ Proactively engage with all internal and external stakeholders to make the import process smooth.
∎ Capture all related information correctly to maintain pipeline dashboard.
∎ Raising flag to seniors/management once any bottleneck take place in the system
∎ Negotiation, contract & SLA management with freight forwarder and C&F to get effective and efficient services.
∎ Continuously monitor C&F, Bank, forwarder & shipping line to get effective and efficient services.
∎ Ensuring service satisfaction among suppliers, buyer, bank, C&F, Forwarder and other stakeholders.
∎ Managing efficient communication and information flow between all stakeholders.
∎ Liaison with concern authorities to ensure all types of certificates and test report.
∎ Process and People development.
