Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Graduation in Automobile Engineering from any reputed institution.
∎ Skills Required: Transport Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of Transport policy approved by the management.
∎ Propose improvements in the existing transport system.
∎ Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
∎ Ensure that the maintenance, oiling and servicing schedule of the vehicles is followed.
∎ Strictly act upon the petrol/diesel/CNG filling mechanism approved by the management.
∎ Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
∎ Maintain duty roasters of drivers.
∎ Arrange for re-training and re-certification of drivers and registration and re- certifications of vehicles.
∎ Ensure feedback on performance of staff, drivers.
∎ Put an action plan on refueling of CNG/petrol.
∎ Ensure repair/ maintenance workshop functions in order.
∎ Submit regular and comprehensive monthly report to the Registrar.
∎ Proactively plan for transport maintenance and reserve of spares.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly/monthly transport maintenance with legal papers.
∎ Plan for drivers and other transport personal leave and welfare.
∎ Coordinate to supply chain, distribution sales and marketing, service center in charge.
