Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and guide a team to achieve departmental targets.
∎ Conduct site visits and promote products through targeted project selection.
∎ Grab new projects and ensure smooth conversion handover.
∎ Follow up on sales leads from SRs and dealers.
∎ Build and manage strong relationships with engineers and project influencers.
∎ Organize events, loyalty programs, and influencer engagement activities.
∎ Handle complaints and arrange material tests in BUET,KUET,RUET, CUET,DUET, LGED & others technical university.
∎ Oversee technical issues.
∎ Maintain engineer database and submit detailed monthly activity reports.
