∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Mechanical , equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): government tender, Tender bidding, Tender Management, Tender Preparation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents according to tender/bidding documents/requirements.
∎ To notify and organize different departments for accumulation of all necessary documents for bid submission and also the operation process for the corresponding tenders.
∎ Technical analysis of all relevant items for bid participation.
∎ Report building of upcoming and past bid submissions.
∎ Connecting with vendors/manufacturers/suppliers for participating in bids.
∎ Connecting with different government power utilities for bidding purpose.
∎ Maintain relationship with all the officers from government utility officers.
∎ Negotiating with clients and utility officers for different bid purpose.
∎ Monitor and ensure that all bid preparations are on schedule. Notify the operations department accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
∎ Well-developed negotiation skills.
∎ Must be fluent in English & must have the ability to type documents both in English and Bengali.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
